The requirements analysis we provide is very critical and directly related to the success or failure of a systems or software project. Our client requirements are well-documented, actionable, measurable, testable, traceable, related to identified business needs or opportunities, sufficient for the system. Our requirements analysis covers four types of activities.
- We help the clients in eliciting and determine what their requirements are.
- We determine whether the stated requirements are found to be unclear, incomplete, ambiguous, or contradictory, and help in resolving these issues.
- We document the requirements in various forms, such as natural-language documents, use cases, user stories, or process specifications.
- We review and retrospect on what happened in the iteration and identifies actions for improvement.
- At SysPath, Requirement analysis helps clients to determine the actual needs of stakeholders and also helps the development team to communicate with stakeholders in a language they are most comfortable (like charts, models, flow-charts,) instead of pages of text.
Once the requirements are gathered, our Analysts ensures preparing documents such as Software Requirements Specification (SRS), use cases, and user stories, which are shared with the stakeholders for approval. Our Analyst team collaborates in preparing Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), Design Documents, and test case scripts for comprehensive reference. These documents are precise to understand for both normal users and developers. Changes in the requirements are carried out through a change control procedure and are finalized on approval.
